1. General conditions
The following Regulations apply to all orders placed by the Customer (“Customer”, “You”, “You”) at Uniq Fight Club Sp. z o.o. (“UNIQ”, “us” or “we”) on the UNIQ website (“uniq.sport”) or on the site for mobile devices at the same address.
By using the website “uniq.sport” and / or placing an order, you accept these Regulations (“Regulations”). Before placing an order, read the content of the Regulations. Failure to accept the provisions of the Regulations prevents the use of the UNIQ offer and the purchase of our products.
Orders on the website “uniq.sport” may be placed only by persons over 18 years of age and not under the legal guardianship.
The availability of products and services on “uniq.sport” at any given time does not indicate or guarantee that these products and services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time and to introduce new products for sale, as well as to conduct and cancel promotional campaigns.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on the website “uniq.sport” is complete, accurate and up-to-date. All specifications, products, descriptions and pricing of products on “uniq.sport” are subject to change at any time without notice.
The Customer is bound by the version of the Regulations available on the website “uniq.sport” at the time of ordering.
2. Order placement and purchase process
By placing an order on the website “uniq.sport”, the Customer concludes a sales contract with UNIQ. The order may be placed and processed only after accepting the regulations and providing the personal data, necessary for the delivery and payment verification. The Customer will be asked to complete the data in the personal data form. The execution of the order begins after UNIQ receives the payment for the product and ends after the Customer receives the product.
The purchase process consists of individual stages:
a) selection of products by the customer and adding them to the basket
b) placing an order by the customer
c) verification of the order by UNIQ
d) execution of the order by UNIQ
e) delivering the order to the customer
a) The Customer selects from the full UNIQ offer on uniq.sport, adding to the basket products in available models, sizes, colors and quantities. The Customer can verify the ordered products in his basket until the order is placed – it is when Customer confirms the order with the “checkout” button.
b) The Customer’s declaration about the purchase decision is expressed by using the “checkout” button. To let UNIQ process the order, the Customer is asked to complete the personal data in the form, such as: name and surname and/or company name, home address and/or delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number and other required data. The Customer indicates the chosen method of delivery and payment. The Customer accepts the final cost of the order – the cost of the product increased by the cost of delivery.
Then the Customer makes the payment using the method of his choice. If the payment process is correctly carried out, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 48 hours.
c) After sending the order confirmation, UNIQ will start to verify the order. This process consists in confirming the payment status and product availability. Successful verification of the order takes place when the payment for the product is credited to UNIQ account and we make sure that all products ordered by the Customer are ready for shipment.
d) After successful verification of the order, UNIQ will start processing the order. The order fulfillment period is up to 14 business days, counted from the moment of booking the payment on the UNIQ account. However, we will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible. During this time, the Customer will receive an e-mail with confirmation of sending the order. It will happen exactly on the day of shipment.
e) The purchase process will be completed upon receipt of the order by the Customer. At this point, the Customer is responsible for the ordered product.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the amount paid in the same way you made the payment. If for any reason it becomes necessary to use a different method, we will notify you and contact you, based on the contact details you have left, to arrange a refund.
3. Product prices and delivery costs
The prices of products displayed on the “uniq.sport” website include statutory VAT and are expressed in selected currencies: Polish zlotys (PLN), euro (EUR), US dollars (USD), but do not include delivery costs. The customer is informed about the delivery costs in the ordering process and is obliged to cover it.
The delivery cost of each order will vary depending on the delivery address indicated by the Customer (in Poland, in the European Union or an international address outside the European Union).
4. Delivery – International shipments
At the stage of finalizing your order, you will be asked to provide a delivery address, including country. The cost of delivery is added to each order and it depends on the address you provide.
UNIQ will independently select a supplier who will deliver your shipment, guided by the standards offered by the carrier, shipment security and reasonable costs.
When the order is shipped to you, you will receive an e-mail with the estimated delivery date and a link to track it. Your order should be delivered within 7-14 business days.

5. Order cancellation and returns
The Customer may cancel the order if we have not yet started the process of its implementation (the order is being verified). For this purpose, the Customer should inform us in writing about the intention to cancel the order by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Customer may cancel the order for any reason within 30 calendar days of the order being delivered. We guarantee the refund of the cost of products provided that all items of the order are returned unchanged. This means that the product cannot be damaged, dirty, washed, modified or worn (apart from trying it on), and it should not have a smell. In addition, the product should have all tags and labels.
UNIQ will return the funds to the Customer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel with the returned product to the following address: Uniq Fight Club, ul. VI Poprzeczna 23, 04 – 620 Warsaw, Poland. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was chosen by the customer when placing the order.
Please read the “Returns” section – the button in the footer, at the bottom of the “uniq.sport” page and the ‘Returns Regulations’ posted there. Please follow the instructions contained therein. The condition for receiving a refund is the correct implementation of the return procedure, described in the ‘Returns Regulations’.
Returns of products in Poland and the UE
UNIQ will refund to the Customer the equivalent of the price of the returned product (valid on the date of placing the order) and the one-time cost of delivering the order to the Customer, which the Customer incurred during the purchase. UNIQ will reimburse the Customer the equivalent of the cheapest shipping fee, which is included in the uniq.sport offer (i.e.in the case of domestic shipping, the InPost courier rate).
UNIQ will not reimburse the Customer for the cost of the return shipment – the return of the products.
Returns of products from outside of the UE
UNIQ will refund to the Customer the equivalent of the price of the returned product (valid on the day of placing the order).
UNIQ will not reimburse the Customer for the cost of delivering the shipment to the Customer, which the Customer incurred during the purchase. UNIQ will not reimburse the Customer for the cost of the return shipment – the return of the products.
6. Payment methods
For international transactions, it Is recommended to use credit card or debit card as a method of payment.
Payment by credit or debit card
Payment by credit or debit card takes place via the PayU or PayPal billing center. We accept Visa and MasterCard payment cards.
After accepting the payment by credit card, the purchase amount will be immediately blocked and the Customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The card will not be charged until the order has been shipped. If you return any items, their value will be credited to your card. If payment by card is not accepted, we will cancel the order. If you have additional questions, please contact the bank or institution that issued the card.
An email confirming that your order has been sent is also a confirmation of your purchase. If you want a VAT invoice, please contact us: email@example.com
7. Colors and dimensions
We make every effort to present our products, their composition, and colors as faithfully as possible. The way the color is displayed depends on the operating system and hardware used. We cannot guarantee that your computer, monitor or mobile device will be color accurate.
The product descriptions on the website “uniq.sport” are indicative only and are to facilitate model selection.
In the event of discovering any defects of the purchased product, UNIQ respects the rights of the Customer. In the event of complaints about visible defects in materials or workmanship of the delivered products, including defects caused during transport, the product should be returned as soon as possible and UNIQ should be informed about its defects using the return form on the website “uniq.sport”.
