II. Data Protection Officer The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

III. Purposes and Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing The Administrator offers the sale of sports equipment products. The recipients of the offer and the parties to the sales contract can be both private individuals and companies – personal trainers, gyms, fitness clubs, martial arts clubs, wholesalers.

In this context, the personal data of the offer recipients is processed. The Administrator processes personal data lawfully for the following purposes:

a) Product sales:

• first name,

• last name,

• company name,

• email address,

• residential or company address,

• delivery address,

• phone number,

• NIP number. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if it is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

b) Complaint handling or returns:

• first name,

• last name,

• company name,

• email address,

• residential or company address,

• delivery address,

• phone number,

• bank account number (in case of refund for products ordered with the option 'cash on delivery'),

• NIP number. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if it is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

c) Sending email notifications for communication purposes:

• email address. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if the Data Controller pursues its legitimate interests in this way.

The Administrator's interest is to inform the client about activities related to the services provided.

d) Issuing invoices and fulfilling other obligations arising from tax law, such as storing accounting documentation for 5 years:

• first name and last name,

• company name,

• residential or company address,

• NIP number. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if such processing is necessary for the Data Controller to comply with a legal obligation;

e) Creating records and registers related to GDPR, e.g., a register of customers who objected under GDPR:

• first name,

• email address. GDPR regulations impose specific documentation obligations on us to demonstrate compliance and accountability. Moreover, if you object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, we must know whom not to subject to direct marketing because you do not wish it.

The legal basis for such data processing is, firstly, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if such processing is necessary for the Data Controller to comply with a legal obligation. Secondly, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if the Data Controller pursues its legitimate interests (in this case, the company's interest is to know the individuals exercising their GDPR rights);

f) Establishing, pursuing, or defending claims:

• first name and last name or possibly company name,

• residential address (if provided),

• NIP number (if provided),

• email address,

• IP address. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if the Data Controller pursues its legitimate interests (in this case, the company's interest is to have personal data that allows establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, including from customers and third parties);

g) Archival and evidentiary purposes:

• first name and last name (if provided),

• email address. For the purpose of securing information that may be used to demonstrate legally significant facts. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if the Data Controller pursues its legitimate interests (in this case, the company's interest is to have personal data that allows proving certain facts related to the provision of services, e.g., if required by a state authority);

h) Analytical purposes, i.e., studying and analyzing activity on the uniq.sport website and all its subdomains:

• date and time of website visit,

• type of operating system,

• approximate location,

• type of web browser used to browse the site,

• time spent on the site,

• visited subpages,

• the subpage where the contact form was filled out. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if the Data Controller pursues its legitimate interests (in this case, the company's interest is to understand customers' activities on the website);

i) Using cookies; on the website, we process such text information (cookies will be described in a separate section).

The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data based on voluntarily given consent (when you first visit the website, a request for consent to use cookies appears); j) administering the uniq.sport website:

• IP address,

• date and time of the server,

• information about the web browser,

• information about the operating system. These data are automatically recorded in the so-called server logs each time the company's website is used.

Administering the website without using the server and without this automatic recording would not be possible. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if the Data Controller pursues its legitimate interests (in this case, the company's interest is to administer the website);

IV. Cookies

1. The company, like other entities, uses cookies on its website, which are short text information saved on the user's computer, phone, tablet, or other device. They can be read by our system and also by systems belonging to other entities we use (e.g., Facebook, Google).

2. Cookies serve many functions on the website:

• ensuring security — cookies are used for user authentication and to prevent unauthorized use of the customer panel. They thus serve to protect the user's personal data from unauthorized access;

• influencing processes and performance of using the website — cookies are used to ensure the website works efficiently and to use the functions available on it, which is possible, among other things, by remembering settings between subsequent visits to the site. Thus, they help to navigate the website and its subpages efficiently;

• session state — cookies often record information about how visitors use the website, e.g., which subpages they display most often. They also enable identifying errors displayed on some subpages. Cookies used to record the "session state" help improve services and increase browsing comfort;

• maintaining session state — if a customer logs into their panel, cookies allow the session to be maintained. This means that after switching to another subpage, you do not need to re-enter your login and password each time, which improves the comfort of using the website;

• creating statistics — cookies are used to analyze how users use the website (how many people open the website, how long they stay, which content arouses the most interest, etc.). This allows us to continuously improve the website and tailor its operation to user preferences. To track activity and create statistics, we use Google's tools, such as Google Analytics; in addition to reporting website usage statistics, the Google Analytics pixel can also be used, along with some of the cookies described above, to help display more relevant content to the user in Google services (e.g., in Google search) and across the web;

• using social features — we have a Facebook pixel on our website, which allows you to like our fan page on this service while using the site. However, to make this possible, we need to use cookies provided by Facebook.
