1. General Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer (“Customer,” “You,” “Your”) at Uniq Fight Club Sp. z o.o. (“UNIQ,” “us,” or “we”) on the UNIQ website (“uniq.sport”) or the mobile site at the same address. By using the “uniq.sport” site and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read the Terms before placing an order. If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot use UNIQ’s services or purchase our products. Orders on the “uniq.sport” site can only be placed by individuals who are at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship. The availability of products and services on the “uniq.sport” site at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products and services will always be available. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time and to introduce new products for sale, as well as to conduct and cancel promotional activities. We strive to ensure that the information on the “uniq.sport” site is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. All specifications, products, descriptions, and prices of products on “uniq.sport” may change at any time without notice. The Customer is bound by the version of the Terms available on the “uniq.sport” site at the time of placing the order.
2. Placing Orders and Purchase Process
By placing an order on the “uniq.sport” site, the Customer enters into a sales contract with UNIQ. The conditions for placing and processing the order include accepting the content of the Terms and providing the personal data necessary for delivery and payment verification, which the Customer fills out in the personal data form. Order processing begins upon receipt of payment for the product by UNIQ and ends when the Customer receives the product. The purchase process consists of the following stages: a) selecting products by the Customer and adding them to the cart b) placing the order by the Customer c) order verification by UNIQ d) order processing by UNIQ e) order receipt by the Customer a) The Customer selects from the full UNIQ offer, adding products to the cart in available models, sizes, colors, and quantities. The Customer can verify the ordered products in their cart until the order is placed using the “order/place order” button. b) The Customer’s decision to purchase is expressed by using the “order/place order” button. To enable us to process the order, the Customer fills out the personal data form with information such as: name and surname and/or company name, home address and/or delivery address, email address, phone number, and other required data. The Customer indicates the chosen delivery and payment methods. The Customer accepts the final order cost, including the product price and delivery cost. The Customer then makes the payment using the chosen method. If the payment process is completed correctly, the Customer will receive an email confirmation of the order within 48 hours. c) After sending the order confirmation, UNIQ will begin order verification, confirming the payment status and product availability. Successful order verification occurs when the product payment is credited to our account, and we ensure that all ordered products are ready for shipment. d) After successful order verification, UNIQ will begin order processing. The order processing time is a maximum of 14 business days from the time the payment is credited to the UNIQ account. However, we will make every effort to ship the order as quickly as possible. During this time, the Customer will receive an email confirmation of the order shipment, sent on the shipment date. e) The purchase process is completed when the Customer receives the order. From that moment, the Customer is responsible for the ordered product. If we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the paid amount in the same manner as you made the payment. If it is necessary to use a different method, we will notify you and contact you using the provided contact information to arrange the payment refund method.
3. Product Prices and Delivery Costs
The product prices displayed on the “uniq.sport” site include the statutory VAT and are expressed in the selected currencies: Polish zloty (PLN), euros (EUR), or US dollars (USD), but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are communicated to the Customer during the order process and must be covered by the Customer. The delivery cost for each order will vary depending on the delivery address provided by the Customer (within Poland, within the European Union, or international addresses outside the European Union).
4. Delivery
Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer using the chosen delivery method (courier service, parcel locker, or in-store pickup). All delivery options can be found on “uniq.sport” in the “Delivery” section, accessible via the footer at the bottom of the page. After placing the order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation of the order. This is not equivalent to the shipment of the order. After successful order verification, we will start processing the order. The processing time can take up to 14 business days. When the order is shipped to the provided address, the Customer will receive an email confirmation of the shipment and the estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 3 business days from the shipment date. If we cannot deliver the order in full, we will inform the Customer about the possible delivery date of the complete order. If the order is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us at contact@uniq.sport.
5. Order Cancellation and Returns
The Customer may cancel the order if we have not yet started the processing process (order verification is underway). In this case, the Customer should inform us in writing about the desire to cancel the order at the email address: contact@uniq.sport. The Customer can cancel the order for any reason within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. We guarantee a refund for the products provided that all order elements are returned in an unchanged condition. This means that the product must not be damaged, soiled, washed, modified, or worn (except for trying on), and should not have any odor. Additionally, the product should have all tags and labels. UNIQ will refund the Customer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned product to the address: Uniq Fight Club, ul. VI Poprzeczna 23, 04 - 620 Warsaw, Poland. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer when placing the order. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be made to the bank account provided in the return form (this shipping option is available only for Customers in Poland). Please read the “Returns” section – accessible via the footer at the bottom of the “uniq.sport” page, and follow the instructions contained in the 'Returns Policy'. The condition for receiving a refund is the correct implementation of the return procedure described in the 'Returns Policy'. Returns of products within Poland and the European Union UNIQ will refund the Customer the equivalent of the price of the returned product (valid on the order date) and a one-time delivery cost that the Customer incurred at the time of purchase. UNIQ will refund the Customer the equivalent of the cheapest shipping fee available (i.e., for domestic shipping, the InPost courier rate). UNIQ will not refund the Customer for the return shipping cost – sending products back. Returns of products from outside the European Union UNIQ will refund the Customer the equivalent of the price of the returned product (valid on the order date). UNIQ will not refund the Customer for the delivery cost incurred at the time of purchase. UNIQ will not refund the Customer for the return shipping cost – sending products back.
6. Payment Methods
The Customer can choose how to pay for their purchases on the “uniq.sport” site. Thanks to UNIQ's cooperation with leading, trusted payment service providers, the Customer can select their preferred payment method during the finalization of the order from three options: • Cash on delivery (only for Customers in Poland, via InPost courier and InPost parcel locker) • Credit or debit card payments (via PayU and PayPal) • Bank transfer payments (only for Customers in Poland, via PayU) Please read the “Payments” section – accessible via the footer at the bottom of the “uniq.sport” page for additional information. 7. Colors and Dimensions We strive to present our products, their composition, and colors as accurately as possible. The color display depends on the operating system and equipment used. We cannot guarantee that your computer, monitor, or mobile device will accurately reproduce colors. The product descriptions provided on the “uniq.sport” site are for reference only and are intended to facilitate model selection.
8. Warranty
In the event of any defects in the purchased product, UNIQ complies with the statutory rights available to the Customer. In case of complaints about visible material or workmanship defects of the delivered products, including defects occurring during transport, the product should be returned as soon as possible, and UNIQ should be informed about its defects by contacting UNIQ via email: contact@uniq.sport (to receive the return form from UNIQ).
